Innovac
Innovac, was founded in 1994 as a vacuum pump rebuilder to service the needs of the growing semiconductor industry, as customers required back-up suppliers to their OEM (original equipment manufacture) Service Provider.
Over the years, Innovac has changed with the times as well as at customers request. As we once only offered rotary vane pump repair. We now offer more related services and options including Roots Blower, Cryo, Scroll, and Dry pump repair. As we know that pump repair is a part of customers need, we understand that maintenance prior to failure is a greater need. This is why we offer on-site maintenance as well as stock many items to maintain the integrity of your vacuum pump equipment.
In 1998 our commitment to service and customer satisfaction landed us a Service Contract with Leybold Vacuum were we provided service rebuilding vacuum pumps for their customers.
In the fall of 2004 we became the Southwest Regional sales rep for Synergy Vacuum as well as their certified service center.
