Booster Repair Includes:

- All Paint is stripped and hard parts are blasted at low pressure with soft walnut shell media.
- Hand finished detail with soft wire wheel brush and Scotch-Brite pads.
- Pumps are tested for 48 hrs.
- Pumps are painted to OEM color and returned with proper labels and test report.

Dry Pump Repair Includes:
- All seals are replaced
- All sleeves are replaced

- All critical parts are measured and inspected to meet OEM specifications
- Pumps are bench tested 48 hours.

Piston Repair Includes:
- All seals are replaced.
- All valves and valve springs are replaced.
- All o-rings and gaskets are replaced.
- All bearings are replaced.
- Complete cleaning and decontamination of pump (3 step process) Parts are washed in a 200 deg cleaning solution to neutralize process and contaminants.
- Paint stripped and hard parts blasted at low pressure with soft walnut shell media.
- Hand finished detail with soft wire wheel brush and Scotch-Brite pads.
- Pumps are tested for 48 hrs.
- Pumps are painted to OEM color and returned with proper labels and test report.
Items not covered in the repair include motors, main housings, exhaust boxes, gearboxes, feet, PFPE fluid, and missing parts.
What INNOVAC does on every repair
1. All equipment is video taped, issued a w/o # (work order) and signed into our equipment history database.
2. All pumps and equipment are completely disassembled.
3. All components are decontaminated and washed in an environmentally safe solution.
4. Components are inspected and vital part measured to assure that they meet or exceed Original Manufactures Equipment (O.E.M.) specifications for optimum performance. This does not include the motor. (this will be checked during the bench test)
5. A quote will be given to the customer. INNOVAC will be responsible for any parts or materials missed prior to the quote at no charge to the customer.
6. With every rebuild a complete seal and gasket kit will be installed. This will assure that the customers pump will not have any shaft seal, vacuum or exhaust leak problems. Any major components needed will be specified in the customer quote.
7. Pumps will be completely reassembled by a qualified technician.
8. A bench test (minimum of 48 hours) is performed.
9. After pumps have met O.E.M performance standards. They are repainted to the original manufactures colors. (unless otherwise directed.)

Service Procedures for Customers
1. Drain all pump oils and fluids. (Unless other arrangements have been made.) If pumps are not drained, you may be subjected to a disposal charge of up to $5.00 a gallon.
2. A confirmation time must be made prior to any equipment pick-up or drop-off.
3. All pump inlet and exhaust ports must be sealed with suitable blanking covers or caps.
4. All pump accessories should be removed. If not, they should be tightly sealed in heavy polyurethane bag and secured to the pump and/or palette when shipped to INNOVAC.
5. A Health and Safety Clearance form (HSC) must be filled out and attached to or faxed prior to shipment of any equipment to INNOVAC’S service facility. Failure to do so will result in delays in equipment repair or service.
